The Role

As a Pressure Welder/Fitter, you will perform production welding and metal fabrication, including pressure welding, brazing, cutting, and gouging. The role involves reading drawings, using hand tools, and assembling standard and custom metal components in a fast‑paced shop environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with Supervisors and Lead Hands to ensure continuous improvements in the work cells hitting daily goals set, welding according to pre-set parameters using TIG, MIG, and flux core welding processes.
• Read and follow drawings and blueprints to set up, tack, and weld
• Complete all required paperwork and necessary preparation work
• Maintain a safe, clean and orderly work area
• Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records

What You Bring
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Welding of Stainless Steel using GMAW
• TIG welding experience with Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel
• Mig welding experience on Stainless and Carbon steel pipe and vessels
• Fitting experience on Stainless and Carbon steel pipe and vessels
