Based out of Thompson Mb, Paul's Plumbing & Heating Ltd specializes in Residential , commercial and light commercial and service remote communities. We offer full Plumbing, Drain Cleaning, Heating & A/C, Venting, Duct Cleaning services, including in-floor heating, boilers, and gas/propane hookups as well as Electrical Services.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thompson, MB. As a Plumber (Levels 1-4) + Journeyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to maintain and repair plumbing systems, 24/7 On call rotation. Your day-to-day duties will include installing and repairing pipes, providing maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and complying with safety regulations. We offer Sign on Bonus, Performance bonuses, paid training and VR Training, Overtime is time and a half paid after 40 hours. Minimum 40 hours weekly.

• Plumbing and Pipe installation skills
• Maintenance & Repair and general Maintenance skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Drivers License
