Key responsibilities

Receiving & inventory
• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Accurately label, sort, and store products in designated warehouse locations
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors promptly

Picking, packing & shipping
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to work orders or pick lists
• Prepare outbound shipments for loading, ensuring correct labelling and packaging
• Load and unload trucks in a safe, organized, and timely manner

Safety
• Follow all workplace health and safety regulations and procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or damage immediately to supervisors

General warehouse support
• Assist team members and supervisors with various warehouse tasks as needed
• Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely
• Adapt to changing priorities and support day-to-day operations efficiently

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is an asset
• Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality showing up and giving your best every day
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Good attention to detail for accurate picking, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices and guidelines
