Position Summary

We are currently hiring for a full-time Overnight Security Guard position at Bisha Hotel (88 Blue Jays Way, Toronto), with an immediate start.

This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for hotel guests, staff, residents, and visitors during overnight operations. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, customer-service oriented, and capable of handling incidents calmly and efficiently.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong report writing abilities
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Previous concierge, condominium, or hotel security experience is an asset
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities
• Monitor and patrol assigned premises to ensure safety and security
• Control access to the property and verify credentials
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, residents, and staff
• Respond effectively to incidents, emergencies, and safety concerns
• Maintain a professional and visible presence on-site
• Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports
• Enforce company and site-specific policies and procedures
• Coordinate with emergency services when necessary
• Report hazards, maintenance concerns, and suspicious activity promptly
