Skyview Security is hiring professional Bouncers / Door Supervisors to join our Bar & Event Security team. This role focuses on nightlife and event security and is ideal for guards who are confident, reliable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.

Successful candidates will start with weekend shifts, with opportunities for additional placements and hours based on performance and availability.

Key Responsibilities
• Control entry and check valid ID at venue entrances
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff
• Monitor guest behaviour and enforce venue policies
• Manage lineups and crowd flow outside the venue
• De-escalate conflicts and handle disturbances professionally
• Work closely with venue staff and management
• Respond to incidents and complete written reports when required

Requirements
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Smart Serve Certification (Required)
• CPR & First Aid Certification
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Availability to work evenings, late nights, and weekends
