As per the Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego, the minimum wage for welder jobs in Brazil is R$1,650 per month as of January 2026, with overtime paid at 50% above the hourly rate for hours exceeding 8 per day. Welders in hazardous conditions receive an additional 30% premium under NR-15 regulations.
