Executar tarefas gerais de conserto ou troca de equipamentos ou componentes mecânicos, sob supervisão de técnicos mais experientes.Responsabilidades:Executar os reparos necessários em componentes mecânicos de baixa complexidade, tais como: patins, válvulas, catracas, freio, roda e cardans.Realizar limpeza de peças e remoção de rebarbas e sujeiras.Executar os reparos necessários nos componentes da suspensão de veículos: feixe de molas, balanças, pinos e buchas de suspensão.Fazer a solicitação de peças junto ao Setor de Almoxarifado mediante a apresentação do número da Ordem de Serviço e autorização do Encarregado de Manutenção para retirada.Iniciar e encerrar a apropriação de sua mão de obra, através da leitura do código de barras do crachá; preencher Ordem de Serviço, efetuar as descrições dos serviços executados e entregar ao responsável.Realizar substituição de lonas de freios e válvulas pneumáticas.Efetuar a limpeza e organização de seu ambiente de trabalho.Executar outras atividades inerentes ao cargo.Seguir as normas e procedimentos de segurança no trabalho, zelando pela sua segurança e a segurança de seus colegas.
