Descrição da função:Profissional responsável por apoiar as atividades de supervisão técnica de obras de manutenção predial, auxiliando na organização, acompanhamento e controle das demandas de campo, bem como no registro das informações técnicas e administrativas.Principais atividades:Acompanhar a execução dos serviços de manutenção civil e reformas sob orientação do engenheiro responsável;Auxiliar na verificação de medições, cronogramas e registros de execução;Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios técnicos e registros fotográficos;Realizar controle e organização de documentos e planilhas de acompanhamento;Auxiliar no contato com fornecedores e contratados;Apoiar o controle de materiais e serviços realizados em campo.Requisitos:Formação técnica em Edificações, Construção Civil ou áreas correlatas; ou estar cursando Engenharia Civil a partir do 3º ano;Conhecimento básico em leitura de projetos e medições;Domínio do pacote Office (principalmente Excel);Boa comunicação, proatividade e atenção a detalhes.Diferenciais:Familiaridade com ferramentas de controle de obras (MS Project, Power BI, etc.)
