DescriptionThe Amazon Flex program uses independent drivers—called delivery partners—to deliver to our customers. Through the Amazon Flex app, drivers sign up for the program, schedule pickup times, are guided during routes with the navigation system, and more.We are looking for an Operational Manager to help drive the expansion of Amazon Flex in Brazil, while maintaining high quality and efficiency standards. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting new releases and operational preparation, managing business metrics and driver experience, collaborating with stakeholders to improve program performance, and implementing processes and mechanisms to enhance the overall Amazon Flex experience.Key job responsibilities Manage operational excellence and driver experience metrics. Collaborate with teams to create action plans that improve program performance and act as a reference point for problems, questions, and concerns. Create and maintain strong relationships with station leadership, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional operational support. Identify, develop, and implement processes and mechanisms to improve program performance, including cross-functional work to support continuous improvement. Demonstrate excellent judgment to identify, act, and proactively advise on how to drive growth and improve the delivery partner experience. Verify that program policies are functional and consistently applied at delivery stations, solving problems related to the product/policy/process and the delivery partner's experience. Collect and analyze data to establish global standards and drive improvements. Innovate and simplify processes in existing and future businesses, maintaining the highest quality standard.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Speak, write, and read fluently in English Experience in program or project management Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams Experience in defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metricsPreferred Qualifications Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Experience in process improvementOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
