Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in a fabrication & welding environment.
-Expert ability to use measuring tools (tape measures, calipers, squares) to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
Cutting & Preparation: Proficiency in operating cutting equipment
-ability to read and translate technical drawings into physical components.
