Job Description
MEQUITRIX is looking for an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across our Doner Club and Cultea concept. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, maintain high service standards, and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of Doner Club and Cultea outlets

Supervise staff, scheduling, and performance

Ensure excellent customer service and brand consistency

Monitor inventory, suppliers, and cost control

Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards

Coordinate with management on expansion and strategy

Improve operational efficiency and workflow

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Operations Manager (F&B industry preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of inventory and cost control systemsBachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
