Job Description
Oversee and coordinate all daily kitchen operationsEnsure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation standardsSupervise, train, and motivate kitchen staffManage kitchen workflow to maintain efficiency and smooth serviceMonitor food cost, purchasing, and inventory levelsCoordinate with suppliers and ensure quality ingredientsMaintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standardsDevelop and update menus in collaboration with managementControl portion sizes and reduce kitchen wasteEnsure timely preparation and service during busy periodsImplement kitchen procedures, standards, and staff schedulesMonitor equipment use and maintain proper kitchen organizationReport kitchen performance and operational improvements to management Proven experience as an Executive Chef / Head ChefStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExperience supervising complete kitchen operations and staffStrong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standardsExperience working in high-volume restaurantsAbility to manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen efficiencyStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.
