Full-Time Domestic Driver/Helper Required For A Bahraini Family in Manama

As per the Ministry of Labour and Social Development, the minimum wage for Bahraini nationals in driver roles is BHD 400 per month effective January 2026. Expatriate light vehicle drivers require LMRA-approved contracts starting at BHD 300 per month, with heavy vehicle drivers at BHD 350. Heavy truck drivers must have at least 2 years of verified driving experience and hold a Category 4 or 5 Bahraini license. No high school diploma is required, but drivers must be aged 21-60 and pass a vision test. Light vehicle roles require 1 year experience.
