Foreign workers need sponsorship from a Bahrain-based employer who applies for a work permit via LMRA's Expat Management System, requiring a valid job offer with at least BHD 300 salary. Applicants must provide a passport valid for 6 months, medical fitness certificate, and police clearance. The visa is issued for 2 years, renewable upon contract extension.
