DescriptionAbout the Role This hands-on warehouse role is ideal for someone experienced in fast-paced environments who enjoys physical work, driving, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in preparing stock, coordinating deliveries, and supporting our install teams.📍 Based at our Lawnton HQ warehouse, you’ll be part of a busy team responsible for stock movement, packing trucks, and ensuring jobs are ready on time.Your day-to-day will include picking and packing stock, loading and unloading trucks, completing stock transfers, and operating a forklift.🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesStock prep: Pick, pack, and prepare stock for installs and deliveries Loading: Safely load and unload trucks and incoming stock Transfers: Complete stock transfers between warehouses and job sites Driving: Delivery driving and supplier pick-ups as required Forklift: Operate a forklift as part of daily tasks Inventory: Assist with stocktakes and maintain accurate stock levels Warehouse: Keep the warehouse organised, clean, and efficientAbout YouWe’re looking for someone reliable, hands-on, and comfortable in a physically active role.To Succeed, You’ll✅ Have previous warehouse experience (fast-paced preferred) ✅ Be confident with manual handling ✅ Hold a valid Forklift Licence (required) ✅ Have a current Driver’s Licence (LR highly regarded) ✅ Have strong attention to detail ✅ Be proactive and a team playerAbout Springers Solar 🌞 Springers Solar is a family-owned business with over 20 years in the industry, delivering quality solar solutions across Queensland.Our values are family first, respect, integrity, communication, and quality.
