As a Security Officer, you will be trained across multiple sites within the Bankstown area.We are seeking candidates that can work across our retail sites!Key BenefitsFlexible rosters to support work-life balance.Competitive, award-based pay rates plus applicable loadings, penalties, superannuation, and allowances.Broad training across multiple assets, building valuable skills for future career progression into senior roles.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeProviding high-level security and outstanding customer service.Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and managing site access and control systems.Responding professionally to emergencies, alarms, and calls for assistance.Assessing and mitigating security risks.Completing detailed incident reports and maintaining accurate data logs.Pay Rates & AvailabilityYou will be offered a casual contract as a Security Officer, with the option for additional overtime, if you are looking for fulltime hours.Casual Security Officers must be available for a minimum of 2-4 day per fortnight (Monday - Friday)Award rates (Security Services Industry Award Level 2–5) plus loadings, penalties, and superannuation.Additional AllowancesFirst Aid Allowance: $7.33 per shift / maximum of $36.46 per weekExample Pay Rates Saturday: up to $44.69 per hour Sunday & Overtime: up to $59.58 per hour Public Holidays: up to $74.48 per hourBased on a level 5 pay rates – site specific pay rates will vary.
