Our guests are at the heart of everything we do - and we're looking for experienced Tour Guides and Driver Guides who bring energy, professionalism, exceptional storytelling ability, and a genuine love for the outback.With the majority of our touring season running from March to October 2026, this is an opportunity to live and work on the road for extended periods, with accommodation and meals provided for the entire season. Explore Australia's diverse landscapes, connect with incredible communities, and create lifelong memories for your guests, together.REQUIREMENTS:Medium Rigid Licence or higher (essential for drivers, desirable for guides)Heavy Vehicle and off road driving experienceCommercial Passenger Endorsement (essential for drivers, desirable for guides)Current First Aid and CPR certification (valid for 12 months)Food Handling CertificateRequired Guiding Accreditations for specific locations (E.g. Uluru Kata Tjuta, Kakadu etc)Exceptional verbal communication skills and high presentation standardsProblem-solving abilities that ensure an exceptional guest experiencePrevious on road tour experience would be highly regardedOutback Spirit is committed to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
