Job Description
All Fence U Rent is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Field Crew Manager to lead our field operations across Perth and regional WA. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day performance, safety, quality, and productivity of all field crews delivering temporary fencing services. You will be the key link between office scheduling and field execution, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to company standards. This is a full‑time role with a 6‑month probation and a clear progression pathway to permanent employment.Employment DetailsFull Time (6 Month Probation) with progression plan for permanent employment.Hourly Rate: $35–$40 per hour, depending on experienceLocation: Perth, WASkillsStrong leadership and people management skillsSound knowledge of WHS and safe work practicesExcellent communication and problem‑solving abilityAbility to plan, coordinate, and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong attention to quality, safety, and complianceResponsibilitiesLead, supervise, and coach field crew supervisors, installers, drivers, and yard crewRun daily pre‑start briefings covering job priorities, safety, routes, and site risksSupport crews on complex sites and resolve access or client issuesEnsure compliance with WHS (WA), fatigue management, vehicle safety, and Chain of ResponsibilityConduct site visits for quality checks, mentoring, and customer reassuranceManage daily crew rosters and respond to sick leave or unplanned absencesOversee fleet, vehicles, and equipment to ensure they are clean, safe, and correctly loadedLiaise with the Operations Manager regarding scheduling, delays, risks, and variationsEnsure job documentation, digital checklists, and photos are completed correctlyRepresent All Fence U Rent professionally and manage customer concerns on siteQualificationsProven experience in field operations, construction, hire, logistics, or similar industriesValid driver’s licenceStrong understanding of WHS and safety leadershipAbility to work outdoors and travel across Perth metro and regional areasTemporary fencing experience highly regarded but not essentialAdditional InformationEarly starts required (typically 6:00–6:30am)Weekend or overtime work may be required during peak periodsIndoor and outdoor work in varying weather conditionsRole includes authority to stop work if safety is at risk and approve minor on‑site variations within guidelinesApplication Instructions: Please include details of your leadership experience, field operations background, and any relevant licences or safety training when applying.
