This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic group of skilled and motivated professionals in a supportive environment.At Millennium, you'll be joining one of Australia’s leading Integrated Services companies, where your contribution truly makes a difference.We have Full time and Part time positions available, with shifts across day/night, weekends, weekdays and holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesPatrolling designated areas to ensure the safety and security of people and propertyMonitor and manage security operations across the centerOperate and review CCTV systems to ensure safety and complianceConduct regular patrols (day and night shifts available)Respond promptly to incidents and provide exceptional customer serviceProviding a professional and courteous customer service experienceAdhering to all relevant security protocols and proceduresRespond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance and provide the necessary support.Assess and respond to situations of risk.To Be Successful In This Role, You Will NeedA valid Security LicenseBasic First Aid and CPR certificationPrevious experience in a retail environment (highly regarded)Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shiftsA good level of physical fitness (patrols are part of the role)Reliable transportation (preferred).The ability to follow instructions and work independentlyStrong attention to detailA proven track record of reliability and punctualityAbility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends📌You must have valid work rights in Australia.Be part of a professional team that values safety and service excellence.Apply now to secure your future in security!Why Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.
