You’ll be part of a skilled team delivering top-quality roofing solutions, using the right tools and techniques to ensure safe, reliable, and long-lasting results. We have a permanent, full-time opportunity available for a Roofer to join our team. Reporting to the Construction Operations Manager, you will be responsible for completing roofing tasks on-site, maintaining equipment, and supporting overall team operations.Tasks And ResponsibilitiesPerform roofing installation, repair, and maintenance to a high standardWork safely at heights, adhering to all WHS procedures and regulationsPrepare material take offs, tools, and equipment for each jobInspect completed work to ensure quality and durabilityAssist in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work siteSupport team members with on-site tasks and general maintenance dutiesOccasionally assist with minor repairs or site preparationAbout YouSafety-focused with the ability and desire to promote a positive safety cultureSkilled roof plumber with experience in residential and/or commercial roofingStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanshipReliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a hands-on approachAble to work well in a team while also taking initiativePhysically fit and comfortable working at heightsFlexibility to work away when neededObtain all relevant working with heights, High risk work license, mobile plant ticketsGood problem-solving methodsPreferred Certificate in roof plumbing (CPC32620) & Certificate II in Metal Roofing & CladdingAbout UsEstablished in 1978, the Northeast Auto Group is a national award-winning automotive retail and service organisation employing 600 people in South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Northern Territory.We deliver a complete customer experience through multiple business units to provide the highest quality of service and innovative solutions.
