With over 200 workers structured into 22 specialised teams, and an operational roster over 24 hours, our recruitment needs are constant!The RoleThe Night Packer is responsible for preparing freshly baked products for sale, delivery, or storage. This role involves carefully packing and handling baked goods while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and product presentation. The position requires strict adherence to Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards to ensure all items are packaged correctly and consistently meet the high-quality standards that Vili’s is known for.Hours of WorkYour roster will be Monday to Friday, commencing at 3:30pm. You will work an 8-hour shift or until the required work has been completed.
