Job Overview

IIQAF Group is hiring a vigilant and professional Security Guard in Abu Dhabi to support hospital and healthcare security operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital security, access control, visitor management, emergency response, and healthcare facility protection.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and patrol hospital premises to ensure safety and security
• Control access points and verify staff, patient, and visitor identification
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents
• Coordinate with hospital management and emergency services
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports
• Monitor CCTV systems when required
• Enforce hospital policies and safety regulations
• Prevent unauthorized access and ensure patient safety
• Assist during fire drills and emergency evacuation procedures

Requirements
• Valid UAE security certification (SIRA / relevant authority preferred)
• Strong knowledge of access control, surveillance, and emergency response procedures
• Good communication and observation skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts (including night shifts)
• Physically fit and alert
• Immediate joiners preferred
