Job Description
• Pick up, and drop off the homecare staff to various locations in the UAE as assigned
• Make various purchases for requirements for the facility as directed
• Move timely to desired locations to avoid delays in pick up and drops off
• Ensure no disruption to the drivers schedule
• Be available through mobile at all times when on duty
• Expected to be on call during emergencies and urgent situations
• Channel transport related calls and requests from other departments through the Facilities Admin Assistant
• Preventative and required maintenance is reported to the fleet coordinator and admin assistant in a timely manner
• Inform Facilities Administration of any and all issue arising while on duty (i.e. - accident, delay, changes of timing, duty reporting, etc.)
• Ensure vehicle is properly kept, maintained and always clean
• Ensure that there is no smoking inside of the vehicle
• Maintain good personal hygiene
• Comply to the Department of Transportation rules and regulations
• Help move and carry things around office and accommodation if needed
• Assist the Facilities Department on any other tasks as and when needed

8. QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
ESSENTIAL

Education
• High School
• Diploma
Experience
• 2 years GCC experience
• 5 years
Certification and Licensure
• UAE driver’s license
• Manual, or large vehicle license
