What We’re Looking For
• Bartending and/or serving experience in a full-service restaurant
• Strong communication and guest interaction skills
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and respectful personality
• Reliability — on time, prepared, consistent, clean
• Ability to perform under pressure in high volume
• Willingness to follow systems and service standards
• Serv safe, Basset, bartending license, or willingness to obtain
• Wine, cocktail, and food knowledge (preferred)
• Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol
Availability Requirements
• Nights, weekends, and peak shifts required
• Sundays and holidays (except Thanksgiving) are required
