Nonimmigrant foreign workers can apply for H-2B visas for temporary non-agricultural driver jobs, with a statutory cap of 66,000 visas for FY2026. Applicants must be at least 21 years old for interstate driving, 18 for intrastate, and able to read English-speaking regulations.
