• Job Summary
Experienced Bangladeshi chef skilled in preparing authentic Bangladeshi dishes, including curries, biryani, bhorta, fish, meat, vegetable dishes, and traditional breads such as roti and naan. Knowledgeable in Bangladeshi spices, food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and maintaining quality taste in a fast- paced kitchen environment.
• Responsibilities
• Prepare authentic Bangladeshi dishes, including meat, fish, vegetables, rice, and lentil recipes
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Monitor food stock and inform management about inventory needs
• Follow food safety and health regulations
• Work efficiently during busy meal periods
• Assist with menu planning and special Bangladeshi dishes when required
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a Bangladeshi in all types of food
• Knowledge of authentic Bangladeshi cuisine and spices
• Ability to work in a fast- paced kitchen environment
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Team player with a positive attitude during working hours
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in restaurants, catering, or hotels
• Knowledge of cooking Bangladeshi dishes
• Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, Bengali, and Arabic
