Additional information about services and project examples is available on the company’s website.Role Description The Paving Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Tauranga, responsible for overseeing day-to-day paving operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This role coordinates crews, equipment, and materials for asphalt and chip seal surfacing jobs, and monitors work progress to maintain smooth finishes and accurate levels. The Paving Supervisor reviews project plans, sets work schedules, assigns tasks, and provides hands-on guidance to team members on site. The role includes maintaining safety compliance, conducting site inspections, resolving issues, and communicating with project managers, clients, and subcontractors about timelines, constraints, and progress.
