Job Title: Online Food Order Fulfilment Assistant. Location: Charlton. Job Type: Full-time / Part-time. Salary: Competitive, depending on experience. About Us. The Role. As an Online Food Order Fulfilment Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer receives fresh, accurately packed meals on time. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to portion meals, pack orders, label products, and prepare deliveries while maintaining the highest food safety standards. You will also be responsible for packing food for our jiffy van deliveries and catering orders. This role requires flexibility to adapt to changing workloads, shifts, and business needs.. Key Responsibilities. ● Portion and pack freshly prepared meals according to company specifications.. ● Pick and fulfil online customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.. ● Pack and organise food for jiffy van deliveries and catering orders.. ● Label, seal, and organise meals for delivery and collection.. ● Conduct quality checks to ensure meals meet presentation and portion standards.. ● Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.. ● Assist with stock rotation, ingredient preparation, and inventory checks.. ● Keep packing and preparation areas clean and compliant with food safety regulations.. ● Work efficiently to meet daily production and delivery deadlines.. ● Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.. ● Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as required throughout the shift..
