The Role:

We are looking for a reliable, organised and hardworking Operations Assistant to support the day-to day running of our operations department. This role combines warehouse operations, stock management, picking and packing customer orders, and general operational support. You'll be responsible for ensuring items move efficiently through our systems, from receiving and sorting stock through to preparing orders for dispatch.

You'll be working closely with multiple departments across the business and will play an important role in helping the company maintain accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer service as we continue to scale.

This position would suit somebody who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and takes pride in completing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently from warehouse stock
• Pack customer orders securely and professionally for dispatch
• Prepare parcels, labels and shipping documentation for courier collections
• Receive, unload and process incoming deliveries
• Sort, organise and store inventory within warehouse locations
• Carry out stock checks and assist with inventory management
• Ensure products are quality checked before dispatch
• Support general warehouse and operational activities
• Work closely with buying, administration and logistics teams
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Help improve operational processes as the business continues to grow
• Support additional fulfilment, packing and operational tasks as required

The salary for this role is £25,000 - £27,000 p.a.
